The client purchased these properties to update and improve for leasing and potential sale. We were tasked with revamping the exteriors to raise the value and appeal of the properties. Each building required a new face of paint, new control/expansion joints, and EIFS repairs. Our team conducted a thorough analysis of each identified building, and formulated a solution involving the correct product, tools, equipment, and crew needed to tackle a project of this scale.

Through consistent communication with the client and those utilizing the warehouses, we began to implement our project plan. Our customized solution involved following a pre-rendered color blueprint from Sherwin Williams, utilizing SW Super Paint, and 60’ boom lifts. To replace expansion joints, we ground out the existing joints at each section and replaced with new expansion strips. For EIFS patching, we cut out failing sections and applied new STO Foam, followed by STO basecoat and new 4oz mesh. Once cured, we applied STO finish coat to match the existing texture.
